Gackt Web Live
So I got an interesting email in my inbox from ニコニコ動画 (Nico Nico Douga) yesterday Thursday (it was yesterday when I started writing this post), and finally had time to sit down and read through it today. (I’m sure that alot of you got this email too, if you have an account there.) They had two big announcements, the first of which is some kind of enhancement related to watching live broadcasts on DoCoMo phones for premium members. The second however, was announcement of a live broadcast of a Gackt concert through NND.
Here’s the text of that section of the email, with a translation following it:

[1] Technically it’s “Web Live Concert,” but “Live Web Concert” sounds more natural in English.
[2] Best translation of アノ曲 I have is “that song”
[3] I decided to translate 受付 as “remittance”, makes better sense in the context than “acceptance”
[4] Yes, that’s correct. They put July 6th (Tuesday), even though July 6th is a Monday. n.n;
Looks like it’s going to be an interesting little experiment on Nico Nico Douga, live broadcasting a popular concert like this. And it’s really only about $5-$6 for a ticket, not too bad. Sure, if I’ve translated that correctly, you only get 3 songs… but again, I really don’t think that’s a bad deal, all things considered.
